Who's it for?

This course is designed to help U.S. high school students prepare for applying to colleges abroad in places like the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and more. You'll learn how college admissions abroad is different from college admissions in the U.S. and how, when and where to apply. You'll learn about summer programs, transferring abroad and visiting campuses overseas, and you'll hear from some university admissions representatives themselves. And by the end, you'll have a strong understanding of what overseas universities are really looking for in applicants and know what to do to prepare.

What will I learn?

You'll see the key differences between U.S. college admissions and admissions abroad, and you'll see how to yourself preparation time by focusing on these key aspects.

  • Understand how, when and where to apply

Equally important to understanding admissions requirements is knowing how, when and where to apply. You'll learn the recommended timeline and where to get started.

  • Get the facts on summer programs, transferring and visiting campuses abroad
